A DIFFERENT KIND OF SUPPORT

This is not self-improvement.
This is self-reclamation.

Fed By Claire exists for women whose lives didn’t go to plan. Women who got the diagnosis late, hit the wall hard, and are now trying to rebuild with half the energy and twice the noise.

This is real-time support — tools that meet you where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

SOMETHING STEADIER THAN ANOTHER TIP

A voice to come
back to.

Audio Anchors are short, voice-led support tools for the moments when your brain is loud, your capacity has dropped, and you need something steadier than another tip.

They are designed for real-life states like overwhelm, anxiety, shutdown, and mental noise — to help you feel more grounded, more supported, and more able to do the next bit.

Tools for your worst days

Designed for reduced capacity, not peak performance. Because your worst days are the ones that matter most.

02 /

Audio-first, low friction

Voice-led support you can use lying down, eyes closed, mid-spiral. No reading walls of text when you can’t think.

03 /

No shame, no fluff

No toxic positivity, no hustle culture dressed in pastel. Just honest, raw, useful tools for real life.

Built for loud brains

Created by a late-diagnosed woman who gets it. Every tool accounts for overwhelm, brain noise, and reduced capacity.

Claire, founder of Fed By ClaireClaire, from the middle of real life.
LIVED EXPERIENCE. REAL UNDERSTANDING.

Hi, I’m Claire.

I built Fed By Claire because nothing I found worked for the version of me that actually needed help — the exhausted, late-diagnosed, mid-burnout version. Not the aspirational one.

I’m not building from a polished pedestal. I’m building from the floor, some days literally. These tools exist because I needed them first.

Everything here comes from lived experience — perimenopause, ADHD, autistic burnout, and the slow, unglamorous work of rebuilding a life that actually fits.

IF THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR

You’re in the right place.

You were diagnosed late and everything suddenly made sense — and nothing made sense.

You're in perimenopause and your brain feels like it's been replaced with static.

You're burnt out but still functioning, and nobody seems to notice you're drowning.

You've tried the apps, the journals, the morning routines — and none of them were built for a brain like yours.

You need tools that work when you can barely think, not tools that need you at your best.

You don't need to try harder. You need tools that actually fit.

MORE WAYS TO FEEL SUPPORTED

And the harder days.

Audio Anchors
